We strongly recommend using the product consistently for at least 60 days before making a decision, as dietary supplements may take time to deliver noticeable results.

Make sure your request is within 60 days of receiving the order. You can confirm the delivery date through the tracking number from the carrier.

Step 3: Return the Product
Send back all product bottles (used or unused) along with a note containing:

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. No return label will be provided.

SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During high demand or holiday periods, processing time may be extended.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after shipment. For international customers, delivery times may range from 10 to 15 business days depending on the destination and local customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, customs clearance).
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (shipping charges will apply) or a partial refund, deducting the shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only if the order has not been processed yet. After this period, the order will proceed to fulfillment. If you wish to refuse delivery, please contact us in advance so we can monitor the process.
Lost, Stolen, or Refused Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS/UPS). If a package is refused, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued only after the product is returned to our distribution center and inspected.
